What are the key components of ISO 9001:2015 Implementation?

ISO 9001:2015 Certification is one of the most preferred certification standards in UAE by companies. There are many reasons why companies choose ISO Certification in UAE.

Improving customer satisfaction, transforming business processes, enhancing employee productivity, etc., are a few objectives of ISO Certification.

It helps organizations to easily realize business growth by following a systematic and consistent approach. Continuous improvement to the business system and following quality best practices are the success path to achieving business growth

Key Modules of Quality Management Standard

For the successful implementation of the Quality Management System, the organization must follow certain key modules such as:

1. Gap Analysis

The ISO Certification guidelines insist on conducting a gap analysis to identify the vulnerabilities in the current system and check the computability with ISO Standard best practices.

The ISO Consultant will suggest the corrective actions and system improvements to the organization to successfully implement the Quality Management System.

The Gap Analysis process will check the current system with the ISO guidelines. It will enable the implementation of ISO Best practices in the organization without changing or investing heavily in new systems.

2. Employee Engagement

Providing awareness about the ISO Certification Standard and the implication it has on employee productivity and overall organizational operations is necessary.

Delivering Awareness training to specific operating teams, involving employees in the decision-making, and drafting strategies to improve productivity, etc., helps in enhancing employee engagement in the organization.

It will be easier to implement and practice the Quality Management Systems in such organizations.

3. Management Review

The role of top management in the implementation of the ISO Certification system is essential. They are the decision-makers when it comes to new technology or system investment and approving the action items from the gap analysis.

If the top management is supportive of changes and system improvements. the ISO Certification will be successful in delivering the desired results.

4. Customer Management

Customer management is an important module in ISO Certification. The QMS system will ensure that customer satisfaction levels are always on the higher side.

The organization will work consistently to provide a positive customer experience to all its customers and enhance customer retention.

For achieving higher customer satisfaction, the ISO Certification consists of guidelines to conduct periodic customer feedback surveys, meet with customers, identify customer employee interactions, and take the required corrective actions if any.

5. Partner and Supplier Management

Similar to customer management, the ISO Certification has certain best practices for supplier and partner evaluation when it comes to vendor selection for various support services for your organization.

For procuring high-quality raw materials, and products that are in use by the organization, selecting the right vendor is essential.

ISO Certification standard guidelines provide employees of the operations team to effectively procure raw materials, and allied support to produce best-in-class products and services.

6. ISO Audits

There are Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits conducted on the organizational operations system to ensure the system is 100% compliant with ISO Certification Standard.

ISO Consultants or the internal auditor or the quality team of the organization will conduct the stage 1 Audit. The internal Audit will check all the control points depending on the chosen ISO Certification Standard.

Implement the Quality Management System in real-time by noting down and executing the corrective actions. The compliance check to meet the ISO Certification guideline is a pre-requisite for the QMS System implementation.

There will be a stage 2 audit by the ISO Certification body that will re-audit and check for any vulnerabilities or non-conformities with the ISO Standard. The ISO certification will be issued to the organization when clearing all the control point checks and compliances.

7. ISO Certification

ISO Certification will be issued to the organization by the certification body after the Stage 2 Audit. It is valid for 3 years and is subject to an annual surveillance audit.

Every year or 6 months the IOS Certification compliance is checked and surveillance audits are scheduled and executed by the Certification Body and the consultants.
